Key Executives

Ron joined Tabor in 2002 as Business Development Manager and later became VP of Marketing and Business Development in 2008. Ron headed the Tabor brand division, and the entire business development and marketing activities of the company for the last 13 years. In January 2016 Ron became of Tabor's CEO and on April 1st 2022 Ron was named President for Tabor Corp. 

Ron is a specialist in defining market needs, and ways to achieve them from product concept, through branding, marketing campaigns, MARCOM activities and sales support. Ron holds a BA from Ruppin college and EMBA in business management from Kellogg (Northwestern).

Prior to joining Tabor, Ron was Business Development Manager for an Internet startup. Ron heads up the Tabor brand division, business development and marketing activities in the Company.

Shai joined Tabor in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all financial aspects of the company including strategic planning, Equity and Debt financing, global tax strategy and cross-border M&A.

Shai Brings extensive background in supporting growth in global Hi-Tech companies. Prior to joining Tabor, Shai was Chief Financial Officer at ColorChip and CyOptics where he led the company from early start-up phase to high volume commercial revenue while supporting long-term growth.

Shai holds a BA in Economics and MBA from Haifa University as well as MA in Law, Technology & Business Innovation from the Reichman University.

Nitzan joined the company in 2016 and act as a System and Design architect, and since 2018 acts as the company's Chief Technology Officer. He has over 27 years of experience in the High-Tech industry, from R&D engineer to various management positions in R&D. Nitzan has extensive experience in developing complex systems, both in hardware and software aspects, defining and implementing DSP algorithms in FPGA and high performance RF signal integrity purity signals. He holds a patent in the "TDM circuit emulation services" field.

Nitzan has Bachelor of Science (BSc), Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Boaz joined Tabor Electronics in 2019 as its Operation & Supply Chain Director and was named Tabor's COO in early 2021. Mr. Agur has over 23 years experience in the High-Tech industry, from R&D engineer, through various management positions in R&D, worldwide technical support, manufacturing and operations. During his career, Boaz gained extensive experience in operations in various companies, both in the high-tech and the industrial sectors, with products of a multidisciplinary nature, emphasizing uncompromising quality issues, JUST IN TIME & LEAN format work and various manufacturing and collaborative areas.

Prior joining Tabor Boaz held similar positions at Shenpaz and Gidel. Boaz holds an academic degree in Electrical & Business Management.

Mark Elo joined the company in 2019 as the US National Sales Manager for Tabor Electronics. On July 2020 he was named VP and GM for the Americas, in April 2022 he became Tabor's CMO (Chief Marketing Officer).

Mark has over 30 years of cross functional test and measurement experience in instrumentation. Mark began his career as a design engineer in Hewlett-Packard's Microwave Division and has since held various senior positions at Agilent Technologies, Anritsu, Gigatronics Tektronix and Keithley Instruments in R&D, sales, marketing and business development.

He has an Honors degree in Solid State Electronics and an MBA.

Arie brings over 30 years of experience developing communication and networking products in startups and corporates. He led development teams across a diverse spectrum of communication and networking technologies, from Ethernet and WiFi to cutting-edge 5G mmWave and automotive radar.

Arie holds Bsc degree from the Technion and MBA degree from Haifa university.

Jonathan joined Tabor Electronics in 2007 soon after finishing his Electrical Engineering studies. He began his way as a Field application engineer and later on became a Regional Account Manager. In 2012 Jonathan assumed the responsibilities of Product Marketing Manager and in 2016 was appointed Product Director responsible for Tabor’s product definition and roadmap. On April 1st 2022, Jon was names VP product and will be resposible for the entire company pre/post sales support, product definition and roadmap.

Jonathan holds a BSc. in Electrical engineering and an MBA from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

Lilach joined Tabor in 2025 as Human Resources Director. Lilach brings more than 20 years of experience leading organizational strategy, M&A processes, and establishing a robust corporate culture that drives growth.

Lilach has extensive expertise in building HR infrastructures from inception phase and executive coaching at global companies such as Peptonic Medical and Commonsense.

Upon joining Tabor Electronics, Lilach will be responsible for aligning human capital with strategic business goals and fostering leadership excellence. Lilach Holds an M.A. in Organizational Development and Consulting.

Moti Glazer joined Tabor in 1978 and has held positions in International and Domestic Marketing, Sales, Product Planning and Management. Moti also served as VP, Research and Development. In 1981 he became Tabor's CEO and Chairman of the Board.

Over the years, Moti has focused on establishing business alliances with major marketing concerns as well as expanding Tabor's distribution network. He is the primary point of contact for representatives from companies who purchase Tabor products and/or develop product lines jointly with Tabor.

Moti holds a B.Sc in Business Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology. He began his professional career as an Electrical Engineer at Elron, Israel and subsequently was Development Engineer for Ballantine, USA.

Asher Polani, a visionary C-suite executive, brings proven expertise in founding, transforming, and scaling disruptive startups into industry leaders across MedTech, FinTech, Cybersecurity, Telecom, and beyond.

He advises on strategic redirection, market expansion, high-performance team building, and maximizing shareholder value through innovation and operational excellence.

Previously, Asher served several executive positions including CEO of Formula Telecom Solution (Acquired) and CEO Finjan Technologies.

Uri Aldubi is a seasoned investment and governance leader with extensive experience at the chairman and board level across capital markets, investment platforms, and regulated industries. He brings a strong institutional mindset, deep understanding of investors’ perspectives, and a long-term approach to value creation.

Uri Currently serve as Chairman of Value Advanced Investment (one of Israel’s largest alternative investment firms, managing over NIS 2 billion in assets with over 30 years of institutional experience that span strategic support, global asset manager representation and investment banking for clients in Israel and worldwide).

Previously, Uri served as chairman of Halman Aldubi Investment house, Chaiman of the Israeli Opportunity Fund and Chairman of the Israeli Gas Association.
